George Nelson, famed creator of the iconic Marshmallow Sofa, Coconut Chair, and Nelson Bench, was also a prolific designer of clocks. In contrast to his more sculptural Sunburst, Star, and Ball clocks from the previous decades,
the Zoo Timer collection, designed in 1965, is evocative of his more playful
graphic sensibilities.
